Another lovely pen and ink illustration, this one is of the Le Mans main straight depicted in 1953. Scianna's work has been used for posters, auction catalogues and in books. Influenced by his architectural training which can be seen throughout his work he has his own unique approach to form and perspective of the landscapes the cars are painted in.
